What is the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in for all properties begins at 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival. Check-out is at 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.

How do we get the keys to the property?
All of our homes are equipped with electronic locks. On the day of check-in, you will receive a unique code that will unlock the door.

How far away is Disney from the properties?
Disney is only a few miles from all of our properties! Most major attractions are within a 45-minute drive.

What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations are subject to the following penalty fees, which are percentages of the total cost of the reservation: 50% if cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival date; 70% if cancelled less than 15 days prior to the arrival date; 100% if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the arrival date. HeriVay offers travel insurance through RentalGuardian, which can be purchased for additional cancellation or interruption coverage.

Are the kitchens fully equipped?
Yes. All of our properties include an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. You’ll find the cabinets stocked with cooking instruments, dishes, drinkware, and utensils as well.

Can I do laundry during my stay?
Yes, all HeriVay properties include at least one full-sized washer and dryer each.

Is pool heat included in the reservation?
No, pool heat is an optional amenity available at most vacation homes upon request for an additional fee. Pool heat must be purchased for the duration of the stay. If purchased, pool heaters operate on a timer for approximately 12 hours per day.

What should we do if there is a problem with the property?

Are we allowed to park trailers or large vehicles on property?
No, the resorts do not allow trailers or large vehicles (i.e., RVs) to be parked within the resort.

None of our properties allow pets.

Is Housekeeping service provided?
All homes are scheduled to be cleaned before guest arrival and after guest check-out. If you would like a mid-stay clean, you may request a freshen-up or full clean for an additional fee.

Is there a minimum night stay?
Yes, there is a 3 to 4-night minimum stay requirement, depending on the season.

Is there a lost and found?
Yes, guests may call (855) 484-8478 to inquire about lost items. If found, you may elect to have HeriVay ship your item(s) back to you. Guests will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Are toiletries included in the properties?
A starter set of toiletries is provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and personal care items. Once these items are used up, it is up to the guest to replenish them.
